How easy is it to install the fass 150 in an 06.

I imagine the worst part will be dropping the tank to install the new pickup line. Other than that it's just a simple matter of routing lines and drilling a few holes to mount the pump.

I just bought the kit and would also love to hear more. The instructions that came with it werent the best. Said nothing about drilling or dropping the tank. lol



Some say I dont need it with the new turbo etc... , but i rather be on the safe side.



Any help would be great. I found a few files online, but no clear answer for the 04. 5+ truck.



I have two weeks to install all the new mosd and never worked on a diesel before. lol Wish me luck. If someone is near cleveland, Ohio, I will pay to install. lol

I can imagine that it looks hard, being a first timer and all. I installed a Airdog (which is the same thing as a FASS) on my Powerstroke, and it wasnt that bad. the other guys are correct in saying that the worst part is dropping the tank and installing the pickup. Look at the instructions for a Airdog if you can find them, and maybe that will help you out.
