on page 146 in the new tdr, magazine, there is a small mention of a fast idle device which uses a solenoid mounted on a bracket that when energized, pushes against the control arm of the throttle to keep engine rpm at an adjusted setting.
sounds pretty slick. 35 bucks for manual transmission trucks. 45 extra for autos.
they are for the 2nd gen 12 valve at this time. he will be working to make me a first gen kit for my 89 in the near future. 24v kit will come at a later date.
