Ordered 3 gauge package-need wiring ideas.

Will a gauge withstand an outside install?

I'm a new Dodge-Cummins owner and recent subscriber to the TDR (impressed with both). I remember reading somewhere recently about an accessory, possibly aftermarket, that would allow the driver to raise the idle speed on the Cummins ISB to approximately 1100 rpm to allow leaving it idling for longer periods while avoiding unburned fuel and crankcase oil dilution. Do any of you have knowledge and/or opinions of such an accessory? Can anyone point me to a source I can buy one from? Your opinions, advice, and information will be appreciated. Gordon at Practical Solutions has a new adjustable High Idler that works like a charm, installs into your truck without cutting or splicing any wires, and can be put in by someone with reasonable mechanical aptitude who has never seen one before in less than 1 hour. I have one and I love it! He has a website at www.psdieselproducts.bizland.com on which you can see a picture of it-his phone # and e-mail address are on the site as well.
