Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) fast spooling twins?

i was thinking of putting twins on my truck, what kind of twins would be pretty quick spooling and handle 700Hp? it was either twins or Nitrous and i cant decide which one i want. i if i put on nitrous i want about a 240-260 single shot of nitrous. what kind of boost would i be seeing with the twins setup too? i want everybodys opinions on this situation. thanks

700HP and a quick spool will be pretty tough without some drugs IMHO. Spoolup is subjective though so it might work for you.

260 HP single shot of NOS :-laf , lol ... . you'll need to pull a trailer to fit the nitrous bottle in. Maybe DOT will let you slide without plackerts and badges if you tell him its for personnal use.

None of the smaller large frame turbos (3B, S400, B2) commonly used will support 700hp without extreme egt's. You'd have to go up to a 4B, Big Brother, etc. These turbos and quick spooling dont typically occur in the same sentence.

i wasnt aware that i could run twins and nitrous together, but it sounds good to me. i have a bell usb turbo right now and i want more HP by means of twins or Nitrous. i figured twins because i could have the power pretty much all the time. my truck has 524 HP right now with the setupi have. i want to break the 700 mark and i couldnt decide, twins or nitrous. i want both now! my usb turbo doesnt spool THAT fast but its OK. would a good set of twins spool faster or as fast as my Bell usb, my truck has 51 psi of boost too. have any idea how much boost with twins? i also just put on water/meth but have heard some bad things about it, prolly about to sell it. thanks, Greg
