So did I. I think you need to put plastic rivets in the two holes where the bolts go through to hold the small liner/flap. At least that's the way my 2000 is that came with the full liner from the factory. There are two holes in the new liner for those bolt holes.

I used screws and spring clip nuts on the wheel wells, and bolts and nuts on the inside near the frame. Can be reused if needed and can be tightened better than the rivits.

NAPA tool was $27 plus tax, Dodge stealer wanted $1. 54 per rivet. I used existing screws and a couple of Chrysler plastic fasteners and they are in. The trucks should come from the factory with these things installed.

Rivets

Drill them out as you would a regular rivet. You can use a hammer to install the new. Easy. I used some rivets left over from a FRP job. Worked perfectly. Beats the $1. 80 the dealer wanted.

Rear inner Fender liners

Did mine and my father-in-laws with the rivet tool from NAPA and a whole bag of plastic rivets that were fairly cheap considering what the dealer wanted for them:eek: We did remove the little plastic guards at the rear of the well 'cause that is where two of the rivets go in. Much cleaner look and don't get any road spray or mud up into bed underside.
