GTDR and GDOA Meeting for December

Looks like we are going to have a great time in Houston on Dec. 7th.

One of the fastest Cummins will be there as Nowel is trying like heck to get the cage in his truck.

Maddog told me last night that his cage will be in and he will be shooting for a 10. 99 pass!

Quad is also going to try and throw a cage in his D-Max because he is expecting sub-12's.

Dennis Perry will be doing sub-12's with his Dodge.

David Lott is going to try and get his injector problem sorted out, and find his first 11 second run in his PowerStroke.

Joe Hellman should also be VERY close to the 11's if not running them also in his Dodge.

Also the Dr. P drag truck will be there running in the 9's. Will he have his new motor in that will let him run 7's?

Will Dennis Perry be the only East Coast truck there?

Looks like we will have a pro-sumer video camera there, and will try to get some tape of the event.

Yeah in New Mexico a few weeks back he ran some 9's with only about 500hp. He is/was calling people about getting a real motor that should be in the 750ish range. That should put him close to the 8. 3-4 mark, then playing with gears should be able to put him in the 7's.

You will not be Forgotten Nowel

Running with my slicks, he didn't get as good a MPH, but dropped his 60'.

11. 28 @ 117

11. 30 @ 117

Quad was a no-show.

Performed as advertised. He would have been faster,, but a Fritzy R. A. D. did him in, having him against the 112MPH speed limiter before the 1/4 mile.

Nice pass, then, as I was told, a huge Nitrous backfire on his 2nd run.

12. 66@112

David Lott is going to try and get his injector problem sorted out, and find his first 11 second run in his PowerStroke.

A couple good passes.

12. 33 @ 110. 67

12. 45 @ 110. 64

Snapped input shaft, replaced with an OEM shaft the night before, then no forward gears after the install of OEM shaft. Apperant internal problems

After slipped timing, and quickly resetting it, he launched with what seemed like a ~1. 5-1. 4 60' and amybe a 12-13 second 1/4 mile.

His run had no times.

Will Dennis Perry be the only East Coast truck there?

I always get confused who is on West Coast, East Coast.
