Problem With Diablo Powerpuck

So, when I bought my truck a few months ago, I bought the super cheap Diablo Powerpuck from Ebay... brand new. I know that you get what you pay for but damn! It has a toggle switch to choose from stock, stage 1, and stage 2. In stock and 2 position, it runs perfect. In stage 1, it bucks and spits like crazy... mostly during lockup and only a little unlocked. That's about all I can say about. It's not even usable in number 1 which is what I want to use. Any insight would be good. Thanks

Think that's what's causing your towing problems?

No, it was off. It's not usable in stage 1. I assume stage 2 will run high egt's.
