Vacuum activated throttle??

I am going to smoke a brisket and.....

I mainly like beer but a little homemade shine around the campfire after a long day of trailriding is always good. Pass me the jar.

"... Just a word of advice, if you do not have an aquired taste for single malt Scotch whisky, then don't aquire one. This stuff will impact your wallet... . "

Years ago after a protracted negoiatation over a lot of money, when I thought I had come out ahead, the other side took me out to try various single malts. Got me hooked, so guess they won in the end, well as far as my personal bank account went :-laf

Has anybody ever tried Famous Grouse?

plain old Jim Beam.

If you can find it, you should splurge and get you a fifth of Bookers. . It's barrel proof (uncut) Jim Beam. . It runs about $35-40 a fifth here, and is usually right around 128 proof, depending on the batch.

Why sure.

After noticing that everybody who's anybody in most of the WEB Griffin novels (esp. "Badge of Honor" series) seemed to have a passion for it I had to try it. Thought it was OK but don't quite understand the fixation on it by the swells in the novels. Plain old $80-100/ fifth single malt tastes better to me. :-laf

Jack Daniels Single Barrel for me.

I like the bottle too.

It is like 100 proof and 35-40 a bottle.

At the bar, i drink Jim or Jack & Coke.

No beer here.

Well they say that you measure someones intelligence by how well they agree with you :-laf

Well sir you are very intelligent :D , and intuitive  cause that is exactly why I asked the question, WEB Griffin novels!

My favorite is Jim Beam Black. I usually drink it with Coke. I do enjoy sipping on Bookers or Knob Creek with a little ice though.

Not much of a whiskey drinker but usually when we're out we'll do a shot or two of Yukon Jack. It's "For those hoary nights".
