Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I to get the DTC 0251 at times, even before I had an Edge Juice w/ Attitude, it seems to be more prevalent in cold weather, I had replaced the FCA last year and still having issues, soon be trying for fuel relief valve at $172. 36 (fuel pressure at idle at about 5kpsi, while driving seen it dip down to even 3+Kpsi, while highest is 14-15 Kpsi near WOT.
Twice so far it'd run fine for awhile then starts clacking loudly and lil to no power and smoking(both times it did it was at night so difficult to tell what color of cloud was coming out) but it eventually worked itself out(first time in about Oct. last year(2010) and then again in early May (2011).
