Northeast, MD Gathering Photos Available

Hopefully Starting a Central Mississippi Chapter

Okay. That worked, kinda. Sorry the group shots turned out so crappy. I had to get too far away. Too many trucks? No. Not possible. Next time maybe we ought to take 1 group photo close up and individual photo by your own truck. Next time, we'll have a signup sheet to list everyone in attendance - member and guest. And we'll have name tags for everyone.

Karl, did your group pix turn out any better?

Chris, does your son spell his name Geoff or Jeff? I'm drawing a blank on your daughter's name. Help.

I'll email everyone the group and individual pix if you want them. Does anyone have a limit on the size of emails they can receive? Besides Stan, I know you have a limit. Do you know what it is? I can send them 1 at a time if I have to.

Wes, any thoughts about when you want to do your "tech session"? I'm thinking I'm about ready to dump some stock and do some "tech stuff" myself. If the "boss" approves. BIG if!

John P, any chance we can get a ride in the "Red Rocket" next time?

Talk to ya'll later,
David

David:

Thanks for all your efforts on taking
the pictures and then getting them posted.
I think they came out fine! Put me on your
list of those to "e-mail pictures to. "
I think my computer can handle it.

To answer your question, yes you can
ride in my truck anytime you want to.
You know that! If I would have known
you wanted to do that we could have
done it at the meeting. I will plan on
it for next time!!

BTW, if you can get the "boss" to let
you start BOMBING I want to go for a
ride in your truck! How does that sound?

Thanks again David!

Hi All I Had a great time. I'm sorry I won't be able to make the march meet. I'll be in Utah.
David Your Pics Were better than mine! A close up group shot and pics of each truck and owner seems like a good Idea.

John, fair enough. If you were riding in mine after riding in yours, you'd probably have a leg hanging out trying to push off like a skateboard to build speed. Not that I'm complaining, but it does have about half the power of the REAL "red rocket".

Karl, post 'em anyway. I didn't realize you were RKBA2... till I started updating my distribution list. That's a whole other topic we can spend hours talking about. We'll touch on it next time we get together. I think we'll agree on a lot of topics. BTW, thanks for making the trip all the way from Charlotte. Now that's dedication.

I'll get the pix out as soon as I can. It's a lot easier to do it from work than from home. Unlike Pete, I'm not lucky enough to have cable modem or DSL access.

Looking forward to next month. Sorry you won't be able to make it, Karl. We'll keep you posted.

David

Great Pictures. Thanks David
My daughter's name is Leslie.
Please sent me the pictures, I think they are great. I didn't know you where even taking them while we were sitting there B S ing. Good Job.

John
There is no way I could keep up to you in my truck, on the way to Raleigh on Saturday I opened her up and all she wanted to do was 105 with the engine running 32/33 just before red line. I have the 4:10 gears in mine.

Wes
What is the latest on the March meeting. Depending on a few things I maybe installing a E Brake on my truck in prep for the April run to Tenn. Shoot me a e mail on when you plan on departing for Tenn. We may run up there togather. Let me know

Who else is planning on going to Tenn in April, it sounds like a pretty big show.

Thanks to all. Look forward to seeing everyone in March.
See Ya

Hey guys I've got a post up about a little cookout/ camping trip for march. Haven't heard from but two people, both new guys. I'll try to get an email off to everyone tomorrow, if I have time.

Thanks for sharing the pic's David. I agree time to start making this little group a little more organized.

Chris, I really have to reccommend that E-brake, best money that we have spent on the truck. I made our reservations for Pigeon Forge today, we plan on getting there on Thursday. Would love to travel with you if we can get our schedules right. Let me know.

Talk at you soon,
Wes

Chris:

105 MPH with 4. 10 gears is pretty good
Chris! Without your bigger tires it may
not be that high. You definitely would
have "gone by me" in my old "stock"
condition. One thing is for sure, you
can beat Pete Peterson's truck!!!

Wes:

I am going to try real hard to make the
next meeting but I may have to work.

Thanks Karl. Finally we've got ourselves a web designer. I didn't notice if you had that link in your sig or not. If you don't, you ought to put it there.

I think you hit the nail on the head. In NY, you RKBA types are a rare breed. Good thing you escaped before Hillary grabbed all you arms. But, that's a hole other topic. I better not get started. I can feel by blood pressure rising already.

Karl:

The website looks great! Thank you for
doing it!

Pete:

What do you mean "you do the speed limit?"
Chris ("DUBSTER") and I both know that is
a "l-i-e!" Right Chris? Let's see... .....
I-95... .coming into Rocky Mount... ... ... .
driving a silver Dodge CTD Dually, Silver
24 valve... ..... and riding next to a red Dodge CTD 12 VALVE... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... .
OH YEAH, I REMEMBER NOW!!!!!!

Eric:

I tried to send him an e-mail from the
"Mopar" site and it said "that he does
not want to receive e-mails through that
site. " Can you use your "Administrator
Powers" to get his address?? Thanks!

John
