Fed Ex Attitude

Most all of the stuff we order(and my wife orders a lot!) comes from UPS. I have not dealt with fed-ex drivers... but I can tell you that the fedex company and their pilots are second to none. I deal with them on a daily basis. The company agreed to take consistant delays to allow passenger planes less delay. The pilots are very professional and will change their routings/altitudes to help us out.
Why delays? You can only get a finite number of airplanes onto a finite amount of concrete. Want less delays? Get rid of all the enviro-nazis and pour more concrete!

We get stuff delivered from both, but mostly UPS. We've had the same driver for 10 years or more and he's really good. The things we've gotten thru FedEx have been delivered ok too, once they figured out where we live. I really can't complain about either one.
