Feelin' pretty dumb

Well, my "perfect" driving record has just been tainted. Was at my dealer service dept to have them check an engine noise. While parked in front of the bays, someone parked behind me. When me and the tech got in to take a drive, I backed up without checking behind me (stupid) and right into a new 2004 Sebring... CRUNCH! Fortunately, I was going about 2 MPH at the time. No damage to my truck. Almost $500 in damage to his front grille/license plate bracket.



First claim ever. I feel so incredibly stupid.

One more reason why I avoid the dealer? Seroiusly, sorry to hear that.

Sorry to hear that. Makes me wonder about the intelligence of the person that parked that close behind you when they knew you would have to back up to get out.
