Fender antenna mount question

This might be a real silly question, but how do I hook the coax to my antenna mount, it is just a bolt head on the bottom, nowhere to plug the coax into. The antenna is already installed.

Thanks Bob, I am going to firestik to do some reading. In the meantime, how would I ground that wire you pictured? My mount is stainless, doubt that would be a good ground.
