Fender lights

I'm thinking about putting some fender lights (marker light/turn signals) on the front fenders of my truck. Our Freight Shakers have them, and they are nice. Has anybody done this? I can get yellow turn/parking lights from any truckstop, and to wire them in to the front signal and parking lights really isn't a problem. Just wondering the who's and what's of such a project.
