fenderflares on 2006 mega cab

anyone put fender flares on a 2006 megacab 2500? i'm getting my moto metal 18x9 with bfg all terrains 33x11. 5's installed today. they stick out a bit more then i like. i dont want to mess up my paint with flying debries! it seems like ATS flares are the ones most endorsed by fellow members. thanks... ... james

I ordered ATS flares for my 06'. Seems they are making a new mold for the 06' and they should be shipping in the next week or two. Fronts are different than the 05' and interfer with the headlight (some guys have said they are the same... no way)

I wanted ones that have a positive connection to the fender via 3M tape. . a friend has some on his 05' Ford, and they went on slick, and are 1st class flares. A little more dollars, but in my opinion worth it.

I have not ordered, I have been in communication with ATS not a vendor. I would not hold my breath on getting them in a week as they won't be released for a week and that is not a for sure deal. Most likely won't see them for a couple more months at the rate it's been.

are the flares your talking about just all ATS flares in general or just having trouble getting them just for the 06's?

06's, you wouldn't have a problem finding them or anything for a '03-05'.

I got a call from the AZ Truck today and they said ATS has told them there is a glitch in the 06' LONGBED rear flares. Seems they are NOT the same as the 05' which they had originally thought, and they are having to make a new tool for them also. The 06' shortbed flares are shipping now, longbeds will be awhile. What gives? What kind of a company is this, or am I being blown some kind of BS story? ATS never responded to an e-mail last week either... bastages... anyone know if Xenon is shipping 06' flares?

Blacksheep they look good. But I think the cost is a draw back. ATS will paint to match for $160. 00. The best price I got in Reno was 400+350 to paint for BW's. Just spending to much!! But I need some flares. Good Looking truck by the way.

Update: Talked with ATS today they said a month to month and one half. ????? When I told them BW is shipping short box flares they put me on hold and then said hopefully by the first of March... ... . Who can really tell. . Lots of BS going on. Dealer told me he had BW's in stock for a short bed but figured end of March for long bed. Summit Racing shows long box BW OE's but estimated ship date of 3-19. Looks like SB guys will be seeing flares soon and lonely LB guys will be hanging converor belting on our trucks. Hard to wait but I have no choice.

Stampedeproducts.com, I have emailed the company and they say they are being produced but no supplier knows anything about it.
