2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Fenderwell Bolts

My fenderwell covering is missing a few of those black plastic grommets/screws/bolts and its falling and hitting my tire in the front. Does anyone know where I can get them online or have a part number?

I recently went to NAPA with one in my hand from my 97 and they matched it up in their books and ordered me pack of them. I'll get the NAPA PN and post it when I get home after work tonight.

The NAPA PN is : 665-2356 "Push Type Rivets", 8 pieces per pack.

I was in the same boat and went to the Dealer, they wanted $5 a piece. I went to harbor freight and bought an entire kit with the gun to install them.

Worked like a charm and had plenty left over.

Nice, I got a Harbor Freight right off the freeway on the way home.

The Harbor Freight tool is cool. The rivet I got from NAPA is exactly like OEM. You don't need a rivet tool just a phillips screw driver. It has a phillips screew that expands the rivet as shown in the pics. Either way will work.



The bottom pic shows an OEM rivet at the top of pic, a broken rivet below it, and the NAPA rivet at the bottom.

I replaced mine with stainless steel phillips head bolts, washers and lock nuts. Hold much better than the plastic ones and never need to be replaced.
