Hi Guys,

I have had a number of questions on the DRC Fiberglass. Everyone asks to see the pictures of it and how wide it is. Here are two good photos of the glass. The other is my new wheel, just because I think it is cool.

Enjoy,

wow

Me likey-likey for sure... But I can already hear my bank account crying even looking at them...

VERY nice though!

The wheels are the Centerline 8 Ball. It will only work with a Fiberglass fender. The wheel is a 17x9 with a 4. 5 inch backspace. I can get it in the right size. They are just over $300 per..... Much less expensive than the Weld at $575

Here is a picture of the wheel with the proper backspacing

Thanks,

Greg DRC

Thanks Greg,

I am still glad I ordered the Centerline Bullet 8. 5x17's from you. You should post a side view on a truck (like above) of the Bullets you have available.

Nelssen,

Thank you! Wheels should be in next week. I tested this wheel in Baja last weekend on the San Felipe Race course for 140 miles and down Matomi Wash. The worst road in the world. We pulled out race trucks, unstuck plenty of vehicles and rescued a 12 car from a long cold wet night. Toyo tires and Centerline wheels worked flawlessly. The centerline is one of the best wheels I have ever used.

Greg, you say you can get it in the right size with proper backspacing... does that mean we would still need the glass fenders?? TIA

jjdiesel,

The wheel will fit on a truck with a mild lift and a 35 inch tire with no rubbing on the fenders and only a possible rub on the Control arm. The key is the backspacing being the right amount. 6. 250" is the stock backspacing and the Centerline is 6. 0". That seems to be just enough to clear the 35" tire with no glass. The wheel on the red truck is not the proper backspacing. It is 4. 50" and rubs even with C arms, fiberglass and major metal removal to fit the 37's. Here is a pic of where it rubs.

What is the load rating of theese wheels? also what is the measurement on the rear fenders "out" from stock fenders? are they full bedside replacements?

thanks

Grant

They are the stock fenders and bed rails. The tires are E rated 3640lbs per tire at 65 psi. I am only running 60. With the 6 inch back spacing you don't need to get the aftermarket fenders. I also have no rub on the control arms or anywere else. Its a long bed so it turns on a Football field stock and the same now!

your truck looks good as well, and thanks for the reply, i was asking about Gregs truck though. sorry for any confusion. im mainly wondering if those fenders will allow coverage of dualls... . :D

Hi Grant,

The fenders are about 4 inches wider than stock with a 4. 5 inch rise. Not quite enough to cover duals. My truck began live as a DRW truck and has the track of a DRW axle. With the 4. 5 inch backspace, my tires stick out about 1 inch.

hmm...

BUmmer, but thanks for the info. do you have load ratings of the wheels though?

thanks
