OUTSTANDING! Boise looked really good. Seeing as they will be the only other team to end the season unbeaten, does that make them number two behind Alabama or Texas?

Naysayers will say Boise State isn't in the same league as the "big" schools, with "tough" schedules.

I say let everyone put their money where their mouth is and have Boise State play the winner of the Texas vs. 'Bama game the week after the Super Bowl.


Perhaps the national championship trophy might end up on some Basque sheepherders mantle overlooking a blue football field after all.

The same thing happened with Utah last year. See what it got them? Just Really upset. Thats why our AG is filling a law suit along with some other states. To see if the BCS will go away, or make it a lot more even playing field------

Boise got hosed. This BCS stuff stinks. Boise played and beat the teams that they were scheduled against. They won their bowl game against the top defense in the country. They should be number 2. The woulda shoulda coulda talk about not being able to compete in the SEC etc. can't be proven until Boise plays those teams.

And, from what I saw and the little I know about Texas and Alabama, if Texas had their QB, I think they would have won.
