filter for waste engine oil

DSE Instructions; Kerosene Source

One source for bio here on the central coast (that I know of) has 55 gallon drums for $236 ... $4. 30/gal

Supposedly they will have it at the pumps next month and the price will drop significantly, to $3. 50/gal.

I really want to try it, and will continue searching for another source.

All I can get here is B-5, but so far have run about 10 tankfuls through the truck on one filter. Nothing abnormal in color, same ol slate grey as when I ran pure diesel. I have been able notice a difference in the way the truck runs on the Bio. It is smoother, and I can't tell a difference in power. That seems to be the same. I have been able to see a difference in mileage. I pick up about 2mpg running Bio. I ran the last tank out, averaging some city and equal backroads, driving with a heavy foot. My hand calculated mpg was 21. 38/gal. The last tank I just run pure diesel, drove it with a lighter foot, and came up hand calculated at 19. 8 The truck also runs a lot quieter with the biofuel. Can't hear the pinging and less valve train noise.
