Finally broke down and bought an ab lounge

Not sure how long I will use it before it becomes a piece of un used furniture but Im hurting now after using it for 20 minutes...

i sat on one of those once, looked like with a couple support struts to stop that annoying movement and a beverage holder it would make a fine tv watching chair :-laf

Be careful with that thing... When I borrowed my inlaws Ab lounger I would go at it for a bit and as I got tired I would use the momentum of the back coming up to push myself forward, DO NOT DO THIS IT WILL HURT YOU.

As the back comes up do it in a controlled manor or you will severly pull a groin muscle and wont be able to walk.
