Finally got my 2002

Finally got my truck after 8 nail biting weeks of waiting. I guess I need to pay attention to the board to see what I need to do with. But so far its perfect. Thanks to all those out there with all your comments.

Nice truck!

Although I hated DC for removing the side bumper molding and the rear plastic panel is sortof a toss-up on wheather I care but overal, nice one. If they make the 03 the same as the 02 1500 then I am going to keep mine. I don't like the IFS on 4X4's



Now you need

Gauges, and a mount for the pillar

If you are going to keep the truck as a open bed, get a product called Duplicolor bed liner. it is a do it yourself thing where you use a roller to put the stuff on. you have to sand the bed first though, just a light sanding.



then you need to look at Genos garage for stuff

then when you are ready, get either a EZ box and injectors or a Bluchip box.



when you are almost out of petty cash, look at my Item I made for the winter fronts. they are plastic panels that attach through your honeycomb grille to block air in cold weather.

EricBu12, the '03 2500 and 3500's will retain a solid front axle. Only the 1500's will have IFS.

i'm still relatively new to this..... beware BOMBitis is about to infect you!! it's an addicting disease which has no known cure. more horsepower, more noise , more smoke, more credit card bills... ... . they all help you feel better, but there is NO cure. buy hose clamps in various sizes, heater hose in various sizes, plastic wire ties, electrical wiring in various sizes... ... ... ..... tell your mrs goodbye... ... you will see less of her... ... . send her some flowers once in awhile..... it helps her to deal with the addiction.
