I finally picked up my truck from the dealer today. Its been 2 long months. For those that didnt know, I had the dealer send the head out to Piers to have it o-ringed, due to having a blown head gasket. The dealer was great to work with, but since it was in a bay for so long, by chance a regional d/c rep came by & took notice to the truck. All said & done it was taking care of, but I think any further warrentee issues r null & void.
My main concern now is, that with the contamination of fuilds, I wont have a bearing fail in the lower half. If that does happen, I fear, I wont get another block under warrentee. I know, I know count my blessings that a dealer did this all, but man..... I hope I didnt ruin anyone elses future endevours at the dealership... .....
