Off Roading Finally picked up trac bar@Carli suspension

Well i made a trip over to Sage's new shop and its very nice. I paid a little visit to my old truck which Sage and Mike are turning into a BAJA BEAST. If you havent seen the pics check out their web page @

I cant believe how nice of a job Mike is doing on the "weld on front diff bracing"



I guess they are moving on to Ford Super duty parts now. Ive had my Carli level kit for over a year now and its still very very nice on the road and towing.



If i could just spring for a set of the new long travel Air bags id be a happy camper.



Any one have any tips on the install of the trac bar? It seems pretty easy but as ive yet to actually do one myself Im open to tips.

Install the axle side first. Then have someone turn the wheel to line up the frameside. Adjust to 39"... ... .



Crank down as tight as you can on the bolts.

Ok so that was the easiest install on a front end part ever..... took about 10 mins in my driveway.



I torqued the nuts to 150 lbs, any actuall torque specs?

The new Ford kit makes it possible to run a bypass along with a coilover on the superduty.

I rode in the coilover only version,very plush ride even if it was a Ford.
