Modded CP3 Information Update

Challenge for aftermarket companies

how do you know that stage 2 is capable of 1000+ horsepower? How do you know the rest of the engine is capable of that? What kind of #s have you put down with your test trucks?

Thanks in advance

A couple questions

So if your in the 600hp range then lvl one mod will be more than sufficient for every operating condition from idle to race? On the injectors, are they edm? What hp ranges are offered on the injectors? Are they tips or the whole stick? If they are tips, then there is NO tradin required,... right? Pls advise and pm me with pricing as your pm will be packed. Tks.

Results of each mod you offer

Will you pls post the dyno sheet substantiating each mod you offer and advise the warranty of each product? What is your web address and physical address for your business? Tks.

So you drill out the delicate little orfices? You have Bosch tooling to test CP3 pumps? What happens when the pressure regulator sticks? Sounds interesting!

as far as what is done internally i cant say it is proprietary info.

NADP testing procedures are real world and on the truck, track, and dyno.

as far as the pressure reg idont know for sure, iwill check!!

When you are on stock fueling (no boxes turned on), will the CP3 return valve be able to get rid of all the extra fuel that we are not using, keeping rail pressures at a respectable level? What would the max rail pressure be at WOT with stock injectors when not commanding something higher than stock with a pressure box?

Are you offering a warranty with your pumps?

the pump will work for stock just fine. it still works like a stock pump, only giving you more volume of fuel, what fuel that is not needed is still returned to the tank, if your stock valve is still in place any thing over say 25-26kpsi will return to the tank. the cap eliminates the stress on the valve--which leads to failure, so since there is nothing to stress nothing will fail. your injectors are the biggest concern,w/ stage 2 we recomend injectors because of sustained 24k psi where as the stage 1 sustains only about 20,000psi which is well with in factory limits!!! rail pressuer at wot will be same as your highest pressure stock, it just wont go below 20k after you reach 20k. the stocker will spikethe rail at say 23kpsi in 1st and second gear after that it will fall---big time like around 12,000psi, thats where you gain the power!!!

So are you saying that even after we use your cap on the rail pop off valve it will still work and dump fuel back to the tank above 25 to 26K???

What is the difference between your injectors and the 90 or 100 hp injectors that are EDM or honed?? Let me try to be more specific... is there any internal modification to withstand the stage 1 or 2 upgrade or any high performance injector can do the job since they flow more and would keep the pressure in check??

Thanks

So this pump is built by NADP?

Would somebody please just go get one and let us know how it works, preferrably with TST, EZ and SPS66 turbo installed and your injectors of choice... :D

At what injector size is it maintaining the pressures you state? What is the peak pressure when using the cap? The peak has to be pretty high when your not using all the fuel if it will maintain 20-24k under heavy demand.

Well I'll test one & give you all dyno reports. I made 685 with DDP injectors, PPE stacked with a TST, PDR cam & towing twins [HX35/14 BHT3B/26]. Are you up for that? Not asking for a freebie, I'll pay my way. I'll also hook up the DRB and give everyone rail pressure results.

what i said was if you were to use the stock valve it would go back into the tank, the cp3 would just hold pressur untill then!! :D

i just got word that not only do we have a railcap but in the near future we will have a opperable relief valve good for 30,000+ psi!!!!!!!

also next week i will a complete price guide for all the combo mods you can come up with, this will include the billit transmission cp3 fuel pump Lift pump rail mods injectors railcaps -----ervery thing for a proven bolt on 12 second street truck!!!!

yes i said that correct!!!

also the stage 1 is ready for shipment

stage 2 is not yet ready

stage 3 needs a little more time too

rail cap is avalible separatly it will give you the most out of the stock pump in as-is condition.

and our cp3 pump do spike to about 32,000psi!!!! :-laf
