Modded CP3 Information Update

Challenge for aftermarket companies

So John, just what are you hinting at? I see in your signiture you have a hopped up CP3, that mean you didn't buy it from NADP? Not starting or saying anything, just wondering.

sorry guys but for now i am not at liberty to sell anything corrosponding to this thread, it will be a week or two. the response has been overwelming. i will let every one know all prices, products, and dyno charts ect. ect as soon as i can. you can still call or post any questions on this. thank you all for your interest. :-laf

Any guaranteed hp gains? I know that's kind a vague question because everyones done something different to make more power. But do you have an average gain you're seeing. I'm understanding this will allow me to run my TST on 9/9 and use everything it has to offer. Where as on 7/7 right now is where I'm making the most power. If the cap is plugged, I could in theory use the EZ on 4, combined with the TST on 9/9 for the best of both worlds. What's the max HP the stock injectors can take. And last will this cause my truck to smoke more becuase of the added fuel. Remember, smoke is bad in California. I kinda like the fact my truck doesn't smoke to much.

yes there are gains---if you dont notice it you dont deserve to drive a dodge, yes you will realize the full potential of any box on the market, the average gain we are seeing is FAST+FASTER!!!!!after 600HP you should start looking for other injectors, look realy hard if you have aggressive fueling box. its not the fuel that causes smoke but its air -----not having air is bad for combustion, it results in "power you can see not feel"if you got plenty of air then you will have plenty of POWER!!!!. :--) :-laf

DO you use new tips in your injectors or are they exchange parts?

How do you test them? What is your flow tolerance?

new injectors w/ core will handle anything you can throw at it. Sorry the testing procedures are classified at this time. Will let you know all the details next week. :-laf :-laf

so what about rail pressure boxes with their pressure causing the factory pressure to exced stock 23,000 psi, with them pushing upwards of 28,000 +, will your pump make it even go higher or simply as you stated offer more pressure over the entire given rpm range, but not spike even higher when combined with an agressive rail pressure box?

yes it will spike to 32K psi max (for now) and also more pressure over the entire rpm range around 20K+ and even more with a agressive rail pressure box :--) :-laf :-laf

so what about the rail and the lines going to the injectors will they handle this extra pressure or are you going to offer different ones? PM me with a price on stage 1 with cap, I am going to add head studs and a snows water/meth injection, I have Janettys injectors, tst, and dd's ttpm, will my injectors be ok or do I have to change to yours or edms? Will the stage 1 pump keep up with this, you said up to 800 hp on level 1 right?

rail and lines are good for stage 1 those injectors should be fine, not positive on that yet, will let all you no next week on the little details. yes the stage one pump will handle that!!! POWER :-laf :-laf

What about cracked injector nozzles and bodies? I've seen plenty of cracked parts from pressure boxes alone, with stock and modified nozzles. I cant imagine what would happen with one of these pumps! So, what are you going to say when I call you after installing one of your pumps and rail caps, with several cracked injectors, diesel poring out the dip stick tube, and stuck the middle of the mountains? Your injector parts must stronger than stock???

I just want to be sure this is reliable. :)

Mike

thats a bad sight!!! anyway yes our injectors and the whole fuel system mod or build is made for pressures of over 30,000psi so idont think it will be a problem this same system has been on the race truck for over 9 months making unreal rail pressures!!! and no problems! we would not offer it if it was not ready for hard core abuse! :-laf

It sounds like someone like myself would only need the CP3, Because I do not want my rail PSI at 28k ANYTIME... I just want it not to dip when I use the tst on kill

Its amazing how an overfueled 12v does great, and you overfuel a 3rd gen (and the psi in the rail dies) and the hp sucks!

I turned my tst down to 7/3 from 7/5 and it was WAY more responsive, I guess cause the rail psi stayed somewhat up...

Anyway, I will be watching for that Piers test - you know his truck could use the stage 2 ;)
