Firestik AM/FM/CB adapter

I know a lot of us use Firestik CB antennas, but has anyone got the adapter to use the CB antennas for your AM/FM radio? The stock one is trash, as far as reception goes. Thanks for any help you cna give me.

I had one for a while on an old truck. It did the job, but it wasn't as good as stock.
