Fireston 590Plus 19.5s out of round

Last year before we made our cross country RV trip we installed Firestone 590 Plus 245x75x19.5s. Immediately when taking a drive home I noticed the truck handled squishy and all over the road. Installed said it was because the hard extremely thick rubber on the tread. OK then. They said it might take a 1000 miles to settle down. Well now after the 14k trip out west they may be just a little better. The truck also has a mild shake at also all speeds. Some roads even at 80 mph it is solid as a brick. (no shake) Little further down the road it shakes. (Vibration). I know I have rotated and balanced each tire at least 4 times. Today I took to a Cardinal tire and they rebalanced all tires including did some type of road balance that places the tire under a load of a broad roller while spinning. We found 2 tires out of round. Out of their tolerance. Please look at video. Still photos show % of out of round. I am looking for a business that can true my tires here in NC, SC, VA.
