I have seen there is a "drill" and "no drill" applications for these bags. I have BW tunover ball 5th wheel hitch and was wondering if this kit will clear the 5th wheel bracketry. If so where can get one these kits?

Thanks,

Sean

My dad has a 03 3500 with a turn over ball gooseneck hitch and he has the firestone air bags with no problems.

:D If it is a 2nd gen then it is all a drill the frame pain in the ***. I am putting on a set but I am getting a shorter rear block made for me with out the arm for the bottoming out pad. The truck will naturally sit low then, but with the airbags on top of the axle, they will go straight up to the frame and will never come close to hitting my tires. The bags will level the truck and also lift it up slightly. My idea is so I can drop the bags and back under our horse trailer, lift the bags and not have to mess with cranking the jack on our heavy trailer any more.

Our shop has put a few others on all different kinds of trucks and all the older ones require you to drill the frame. Mine will be custom but I like building stuff like that. Hopefully I can finish my traction bars at the same time :D
