Competition Fletcher, wassup with your mph?

Tried the 1/8 mile tonight, never been on a race track in my life.

reaction time-. 55171

60 feet 2. 13

330 feet 5. 901

mph@ 1/8 77. 73

1320 9. 04

The guy I was racing hit the traps at 129. 90mph! Switched fueling boxes for the second pass in the dark, set 5 new codes and a check engine light :rolleyes: . I guess I have a lot to learn about drag racing but I sure had a good time.

those arn't bad times at all. once you start racing it gets very addictive. you must be in the 400hp range.

not bad times. 660' is 1/8th though. light was good on a . 500, lil' slow on a . 400(pro) light. sounds like the bug has bitten. :)

Brayls, what does lil' slow mean on a . 400 (pro) light mean? Be easy, this was the first time down the track. BTW, the guy beside me at the time ran 125 mph in the 1/8 mile.

pro light all yellows are on at once,I doubt you ran that. . 400 would be perfect on the pro light. . 500 light you have half second(. 500) between each yellow,before green(. 500 light would be perfect on this). however I have seen "perfect" lights go red. :{
