Wow, I love this truck. Except for the extremely weak air flow out the dash vents. Are there any diy solutions to this issue? I tried a new blower and it made no difference at all. All my doors are functional. The only other gripe is with the poor amount of light from my headlights. Other than that this is far and away the best vehicle I've ever owned.

Mine has had weak air flow (from dash vents) since new - I got used to it. I just crank it all the way up until it cools down or heats up (depending on season) and then I don't notice the weak flow. I will be monitoring this thread, though, to see if there are any upgrades/solutions proposed.

Sounds like you may have a issue with the blend door, a well known issue on the 06's.
