Try calling a local car rental agency near your home. They have guys come fix their door dings all the time by pulling out the dent. Its much cheaper to do than the conventional method involving paint. The car rental place should be able to recommend someone.
Supposedly, there is big money in this type of work. The car rental places pay guys $200 per car and if they are good, they can do 15-20 cars per day and then play golf the rest of the week.
