First new mod

I got my 06 3500 Mega last Friday. I installed my B & W Turnover Ball last night. I had a Dealer south of here bring it to me on his way past here. It cost $320. 00. That was $ 80. 00 cheeper than I paid 9 years ago. Oo.

I will pick up my Prodigy control today and order my exhaust brake from a mid sized truck dealer. Going to get a paint matching bed liner next week.

I like that you called it your FIRST mod. It is very reasonalble to believe there are many more to come. I'm glad to see your are setting it up for towing. Using a truck in the way it was intended for is a great idea!!

First mod? What's that? I think I easily spent 3k on mine in the first 2 months I had it. I don't think I've ever had the mod bug bite me so hard.

Well, I went with the Valley brake box saved 40 dollars and a lifetime warranty from my dealer. He swaps on the spot if needed. I also got hit for husky mats front and back. Alum bed and tail gate caps.

I will get liner next week. I was hauling somthing small last night it fell over in the bed and left a dent. It must be made out of a beer can. I still have the cut out from the hitch install. I will compare to the 97 when I pull the bed off. Jan 15 I go get my flat bed installed at the factory in OK on the 97. My plane is to tow the 97 bedless on my gooseneck up there.
