First oil change

I recently had the oil changed in my truck for the first time since I bought it. Since then I am getting the oil smell inside the cab mainly sitting idle at a light or something. I used the Rotella oil and Mopar filter. It has been about 3 weeks and there is no oil visible anywhere under the hood. Just wanting to know why I am getting the smell in the cab. Thanks.

The lovely smell of Rotella... ... ... ... ... ... ... The smell supposedly goes away after about 500 miles, but I smell it for at least 1500 miles.



The smell is coming from your blowby bottle.

Give it a few more miles, it will go away. Too bad though, I love the smell of new Rotella. That's why I relocated the pukle tube to under the drivers door. Closer to my noseOo.
