for your first upgrade i would say guages and then a ez. you won't believe the power increase.

all the people in my sig sell the ez.

You can install just the 275's, and will feel a small gain in lockup. I really doubt you will feel any significant difference until the convertor locks though. I would second that an EGT gauge is needed if you tow, and an EZ is a lot more bang for the buck then the smaller injectors. The 275's run a bit hotter than the stock injectors.

I'll have to agree . . why bother w/injectors? get an EZ. IF you ever upgrade the transmission get DDII/IIIs.

You get a money back gurantee w/the EZ and its a 10 min install.

You can't lose.

275 RV Injectors

I went with 275's because the box's where still on the drawing board. You will not get much with just the 275's as far as seat-o-pants but they do make a difference. If you want to wake up the 275's you will need to get a boost module that will increase boost without setting codes.

I would consider a box now if I didn't already have what I have.

I disagree

You don't need an EGT gauge. They are fun to watch but not necessary for initial bombing.

Bombing order(IMO):

1. EZ

2. upgrade your transmission (DTT)

3. DDIIs

4. before anything else, get an EGT gauge.

I know some will disagree with the EGT gauge but many will confirm from experiance that you won't hurt anything with just an EZ and DDIIs. The gauges are fun to watch and help with diagnosing problems but not necessary. I'm not saying that you can't get high EGTs with and EZ and DDII but not long enough to do any damage, unless your in a 2 mile sled pull...

You can almost get an EZ for what a good EGT gauge setup costs, so you can have fun driving rather than having fun watching.

I agree with all said, if you did just the 275's you would gain 1. 5 mpg , I have a friend that proved it. :p

well i have had stage 2's and a ez on my last truck and a egt guage is a must!!! if you tow at all it's not even an option. pulling a load i could hit 1400 pretty easy climbing steep grades.

put it this way $250 for a egt guage or $10k for a new motor.
