First Time Dyno's

My friend just bought an '03 superduty with the 7. 3 PSD. I talked him out of the 6. 0 He will be puting on a 4" exhaust this Friday. That is also all I have done to my truck. We will be going to our first dyno on Saturday. The only difference between our trucks is, I have 17,500 miles on mine and he has 300 miles on his. My questions are:



What sort of numbers should we both expect with our limited BOMBs?

Does anybody think it will harm the PSD to dyno when it's so new?

~210hp/425tq on a Dynojet style inertial dyno. Will vary by dyno type.



Dyno with the converter locked in 3rd gear with the automatic.

I don't have any type of a transmission controler. So I assume that to keep the TC locked in third gear I just push the OD/off button?
