HeavyHauler said:Oh good grief, Eric. You're the same kid that's obsessed with his throttle cable aren't you? Race refers to african-american, chinese, white, latino, etc. Not a symbol that some people have chosen to associate with that race. I would love to see you walk into a courtroom and tell some judge that you can fly the rebel flag because Title VII of the Civil Rights Act permits you to do so! LOL!:-laf Do a little legal research before you start doubting what I say about the subject.
Oh, I sure do love those throttle cables! However, what the heck does it have to do with this topic? Nothing... If you don't like throttle cables then get rid of yours, end of story... Back onto the topic...

In the majority of the publics opinion, the confederate flag is associated with the white race. I'm not saying that is correct but that is common belief in society. If am choose to display something of common public belief to support my own race and told I cannot do so, that is discrimination. Plain and simple. Your theory works in this situation, If i mount a gun on my vehicle and am told I need to remove it and go to court and cry discrimination, that is not going to work. A gun is not a common symbol associated with a certain race.
Let's not argue about it, I said my peace and I will leave it at that... Keep flying your flag proud guys!
