Flat Bed 5th wheel

Whats the best way to add a 5th wheel hitch to a steel flat bed with a recessed GN? Cut it out and go flush with a turn over ball and companion flat bed hitch from B&W? Or can you add custom rails some how? I guess you need a "short" 5th wheel hitch for a flat bed? I'm looking at used trucks.



Any thoughts?

Go to www.turnoverball.com. They used to have hitches specifically for the falbeds they make and sell. They probably have the info or can point you in the right direction.
