Basically any 4WD with a neutral position in the transfer case can be flat towed. But that thing is quite heavy to be using for a towd. Sure going to put a load on your RV. And it will absolutely have to have brakes.

ok, im not so much worried about getting it going or stopping the unit is a old coach bus we redid and the truck still weighs less then the 49 people it was built to haul just wanted to make sure i wouldnt damage the truck doing it

Its not entirely true that any 4wd with a neutral can be flat towed. Even a 205 doesnt properly oil in neutral. In N, the rear output is all that is spinning in a 205. That rear gear isn't submersed in oil, so it wont really sling oil. You can lock the hubs and spin the front output which should then oil everything...but thats also similar to driving around in 4wd. Dana 300, etc are all the same scenario. Tons of people do it and get away with it however (myself included).

I tow mine 2-300 miles at a time, hubs unlocked, tcase in N. Whenever we stop, I start it and just let it sit there in gear with the case in N to sling some oil around. Havent had a failure yet. If I was going more than 2-300 miles, I would just spend the 5 minutes to pull the driveshafts at the axles, and strap them up.
