Does anyone know of any websites that have flatbeds for sale? I'm interested in one for my truck but don't know the best place to look. I'd like to see some pictures. Thanks

After I get some more TIG welding experiance in my class, I will be using an iron worker to make a custom flatbed with sides and a gate. It will be very nice when I get done with it

Bradford makes some damn good beds. They cost a little more than a Hillsboro steel bed, but the come with a receiver, headache rack, flip-up sides and are powdercoated. You have to buy all that stuff extra from Hillsboro, so Bradford ends up being cheaper.

Eby makes some nice beds. Also Parkhurst and Knapheide.

I have an aluminum bed on my truck. Bought it used and don't know the make. No name on it. Have pics in gallery. Still not done making repairs to it yet. Been to busy.

trqmnstr, dunno where you live but,

Hostetler located near State College, PA had some beds on display at the PA farm show. Since I was not really looking, the brands escape me but they had a nice looking steel bed at what seemed a reasonable price. They had an Eby there listed at about 2500 or so depending on options. Hostetler's phone is 717. 667. 3921 You can find Eby on line at http://www.mheby.com/

My Eby was on the truck when I bought it. I really have no complaints. The stake pockets are non standard so you cannot use a tapered 2x4 in them. Eby will of course for a price make you any sides you want. Eby's gooseneck lid (option) cantilevers over to lay flat and not upside down like many builders hinged lids do.
