The idea has been my head since I got my truck, but I'm going to seriously start looking into it. What I really want is an aluminum bed with a headache rack, gooseneck ball, Weatherguard underbed boxes, LED lights, and anything else I can think of. I was wondering if you guys had any proior experience with any of the different brands. My list isn't too awful long, but I kinda like the Hillsbourgh.

By the way, I know that its gonna cost me!!! I just think that an alunimum bed would look sweet on my Cummins.

Yeah.....it would.......

There is a guy south of Albuquerque here who will build you anything you want. He currently sports a Chevy Crewcab with a 5. 9 Cummins and an aluminum flatbed he built. He built me the coolest tool/fuel and side boxes I have ever seen, and for the level of quality, his prices are good (still expensive, though). His company is called Ezell Aluminum Fabricating, and his shop is in Lemitar, NM. Since you know it's gonna be expensive, might as well get exactly what you want..... right? What's a little drive down to New Mexico. See ya soon... ... ... ... lol

Thanks for the tips guys, just goes to show that I have a ton of research to do. I think that I've been dreaming long enough now that I should be able to get exactly what I want. Man that shiny aluminum bed would look good with my new trailer.
