Tell me if I got ripped. I dropped by the Cummins house and bought some Fleetguard oil filters for my ETH and my Dad's 97. I told the guy I wanted Stratapores. The filter for my ETH says stratapore on it but the ones for the 97 do not say stratapore. The part # on the filter is LF3552.

No you didn't get screwded. The one for the 97 (LF3552) it's called Micro Glass. They don't make the statapore for 12v. The standard filter for the 12v is LF3349.

I've been using LF3894 in my '95 for some time now. The guys at the Peterbilt dealer said that it's the one to use now on all 5. 9s. I get the filters from them for $7 each. That's a better price than Geno's.
