Yes, it is the stock replacement. Also, if you can live without the WIF sensor, a FS1221 will also work.

Fs 1253

According to Fleetguard's site the FS 1253 is for a 94-96 Cummins.

An FS 1251 has the water drain on it. Also fits 1st gens.
