Fleetguard air filter

What is the most current part number for a Fleetguard air filter for the 2001 24v HO? The local Fleetguard dealer had two different numbers and was unable to cross reference them.

Does anyone know if the fleetguard air filter has the foam pad attached? What is its purpose filtering or sound deading?

In the picture there *appears* to be a green foam pad attached.

Filter AF25541 does have the foam.
