I'm pretty sure that Fleetguard makes Mopar filters. The one I use is a strapore, micro glass filter. gives better filtration.

Not only does Fleetguard make the oil filter but with the fuel filter (which they also make) it has Fleetguard stamped right on the plastic as well as Stratapore... even has the Stratapore emblem.

I know this because I had to get a new fuel filter in an emergency because I ripped my o-ring. I was at home and my wife was at work with our other vehicle. I had to use a little peddle power on the 'ol mountain bike to get to the closes dealer to pick up a new filter (didn't sell the o-ring separate). Since I had no choice, the dealer got me for around $55!!!! Exactly the same filter just in a much fancier Mopar box. Maybe they feel they can get more because the box is labeled "Mopar Fuel Water seperater" instead of "fuel filter".

Fleetguard

Well I guess I should give my $. 02 on this one (check the handle. )All we use is fleetguard filters and they are very good filters. Kinda tricky sometimes if you turn it counter clock wise first it will pick up the starter thread a little better and go on easer.
