Flickering lights-Kudos to JJW_ND!

In reference to my post, "flickering lights and voltmeter," JJW_ND was right on. My problem was not actually a bad intake heater solenoid, but a bad connection to one of them due to a brake line vibrating against the wire. Everyone should check this situation; it has caused me a great deal of grief. Thanks for the suggestion.
