2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission flip up tow mirror flapping in the wind

My tow mirror no longer stays when you adjust it. The mirror is loose.

I have found a small hole with a rubber gromet in it. Might this be were you can tighten the mirror.

Any body else have this problem.

good article,I will try it. Only I have a large sticker remover hair type dryer. I would think if carefully used might speed up the glue melting part.
