I bought a new cargo trailer for C. Carpenter to take when he finishes our home--very nice 7x16 enclosed trailer for tools, etc. It came with a 3/4" Advantech floor, and he wants to have a more durable floor. Diamondplate was one idear. Seems expensive. Do you guys have any suggestions for me? Tips?

I painted mine with deck paint with anti slip sand. Bought my HaulMark in 2001 and floor still in great shape, even with storing/transporting my 28HP 4x4 tractor with front end loader and backhoe.

Corotech 2 part water based epoxy from Benjamin Moore. I used it on 2 of my Advantech trailer floors. Not cheap but bullet proof. You need the water based version because it will flex with the temperature changes.

We put plywood on the inside side walls of our 28’ Haulmark so cargo would not knock holes in the weak sidewalls of it.

We just painted the wood floor in it. Used no-slip on the ramp. Then completely loaded and unloaded it 5 days a week. IMO you don’t need a better floor.
