floor mats

When I bought my truck, I did not have the passenger side floor mat. Well, with all the excitement of my first Cummins, I figured I'd just get some aftermarket mats. I went to the dealer and got the Mopar molded mats, but I don't like them. The ps mat pops loose with the slightest foot pressure, and ds mat loses fiber like some guys lose hair.



Does anyone know where I can get the factory original passenger side mat in the slate grey? Dealer says he can't get them. Is there something better to replace it with that will look good and not slip around? I still have the ds original mat.

Print a copy of this thread, show it to the dealer, ask him how it should be answered for all to see. Make sure he understands that you will include the dealers name so that they get the credit for doing the right thing...

The truck didn't come with the front mats? I thought they all did? Mine did and I added the rear. Doc

Husky

Mine came with the front cloth mats. So I seen right quick that would'nt do. I invested in the Husky floor liners (96oz) front & rear an have been very pleased with them myself. They look as if they will last forever. JMHO! an not associated with Husky in any manner, just a happy customer.

Give Cabela's a try to. That is where I got the heavy duty diamond plate vinyl set,and thier new catalog for trucks and atv's is showing a full set (humps included) , that have a surface texture simular to Rhino liner. The lips are not as high as the diamond plates, but I only had one time in all the east coast snow this winter that I needed to empty the drivers side mat..... It was freezing and rethawing on the way to work and got pretty deep !

Check your window sticker. My SLT came with both front mats. You can get a set of 4 rubber mats in black to match the dark gray interior from Pep Boys for $20 or 30.

One more vote fro Husky liners... y'all never know how awesome they are until you fork over the 100 bucks for a full set. Leaps and bounds better than anything I've ever seen.

Huskys are awesome! Had 'em on my '99 but they wouldn't fit on my 04. 5 so I bought a new set today. That lip around the edge keeps all mud, snow, etc enclosed on the mat... ... ... ..... Larv

Do the Husky's have a pretty good color match? Mine is the dark gray interior. I'm leaning pretty heavy to the Husky's because of all the positive responses ya'll have given. Thanks.

Mine look almost like they belong from the factory... technically they are black rubber I think, but they look like an almost perfect match... you won't notice... especially not after a bunch of sand gets ground up on them.
