Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I am sure this has been covered but I go so many responses on the search I decided to just ask what I needed. Getting ready to change the diffs, manual trans, and transfer case in the 2002 I acquired.
Is the manual trans in the 2002 a NV5600?? If so, then I am set as I had an 04 with the same transmission and can easily change the fluid.
1) What weight oil would you use in the Dana rear axle?? 75/90 synthetic with the Friction modifier???
2) WHat weight oil in the front Differential??? DOes the front need Friction modifier??
3) Transfer case. How do you service it? Is there a fill and drain plug??? I believe it takes ATF correct???
