Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Fluidampnr drill pin kit

I see this kit is available for engines that are going to spin 3500 rpm and higher. I was wondering if this can be installed with engine in the truck or not. Thanks.

You can install in truck. The easy way is if you are doing

a cam swap, because of nothing in the way.

Here is the thread B Kirk did way back when about his Fluidampr install and how much of a PIA the pin kit was,LOL. IF your not planning on rpms over 4k then you probably do not need the pin kit,howevermif your planning on higher then you should add it. mine is pinned and I can remember how much brumbling was done by the guy who did the dampner install when he did the pin kit while the motor was in the truck... ...
